He has more than 25 years experiences as a consultant, trainer and coach in the area of human capital development as well as organization development consulting work
In the last 5 year, he focus himself on providing coaching for individual and organizational transformation. He has been awarded as the first certified change management professional – CCMPTM in Indonesia from the global Association Change Management Professionals
He hold a bachelor degree in Psychology from UGM and some professional certification:
