Alin Veronika is a highly accomplished consultant and project management professional, bringing extensive experience to the table. With over a decade in the training industry, 15 years in education, and a Master's in Construction Management from the University of Indonesia, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®).


As a professional lecturer at the University of Indonesia and Bung Hatta University, Padang, Alin has contributed significantly to the academic sphere. Her commitment to enhancing technical training is evident through the development of effective modules, teaching methods, and authoring project management books.
With more than 18 years in construction project management, Alin's expertise extends to diverse projects, including infrastructure development, feasibility studies, master plans, commercial buildings, and power plants. As a research assistant at the University of Hong Kong, she further enriched her knowledge.


Alin's leadership shines through her role as the President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Indonesia Chapter from 2016 to 2023. Actively volunteering since 2012, she continues to be a driving force in advancing project management practices. Her multifaceted background and dedication make Alin Veronika a standout professional in the field.

Bayu Aditya is an enthusiast in project management, having actively contributed as volunteer to various positions within the PMI Indonesia Chapter since 2013. His roles have included serving as VP Treasury, VP Branch, as a member of the board of membership and board of communication, and as the Project Manager of SYMEX 2018.

Bayu earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and pursued a master's degree in Construction Management, both from the University of Indonesia. Additionally, he holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP).

Arief has worked in the energy, banking, and government sectors over the last 20 years in nine different countries. The different cultures, languages and ways of working have been an enriching experience, both personally and professionally. He currently manages large integration projects in the energy sector, from the business development stage to execution, that involve multidisciplinary teams, harnessing fit-for-purpose technology to help unlock energy sources for his customers. Arief is a volunteer for Project Management Institute and has held leadership position in the Indonesia Chapter.
